• Fully trained on all aspects of caring for others in their own homes and confidentiality responsibilities.
  
  
• Has sucessfully passed competency evaluations in the following areas: Universal Precautions, Safety In Home Care, Feelings and Emotions, Nutrition, Safe Mobility & Transfer, Personal Care & Hygiene, Vital Signs and Dementia Care.
  
  
• Completes contining education training six times a year.
  
  
• Supervised by a registered nurse.
  
  
• Covered by on-call office support and licensed nurses 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
